I'm planning to move to another state in about 6-7 months and have decided to get my real estate license in that new state, mostly to quickly learn the state RE laws and regulations and also take advantage of the networking opportunities. 

I use Zillow Rental Manager, which allows me to post and syndicate the listing in just a few clicks to the whole Zillow network. 

Bigger Pockets is a great place to network, learn about the real estate investing business, and get deals done correctly.

Hey everyone, I'm looking to use BP as a great resource to both learn and network as much as possible, so I figured I'd start off with an introduction post!

If you need to, check with a California licensed attorney or CPA and ask them about CA nexus rules. 

I'll use it as another resource to build my network.

At BP, not only can you network with other real estate investors, you can learn from the informative forums posted daily on the site, find properties that are for sale, and take free courses.

If you stay diligent and network with other investors, I'm sure you can turn that education and enthusiasm into success :)

Hopefully once I prove myself and grow my network other options such as partnerships will start to come to fruition.
