@Ali Boone , you are a kindred spirit who agrees with me that you do not invest in Real Estate as a hobby or to 'buy a job', but you invest so you can take a cruise, sit on a Caribbean Beach or go fishing for Alaskan Salmon.

@Michael Quarles , I see this too with old lady real estate agents...still having to work long hours chasing a 1-time sell...that will not happen to me...by the time I'm that age, I don't want to have to be hustling...would rather be fishing :-)

Having a positive attitude is important, however it won't put fish on your hook if you don't cast your line out.

Old money that felt entitled and just wanted to maintain the status quo, and those i would willingly assist in throwing off the Golden Gate Bridge but that would likely lead to water pollution and sick fish. 

I do fish in murky waters.I've heard from not one but three (3) different people who were successfully prosecuted for their mis-directed threats and served time. 

I have run my Vegas home through the open door.. they offered what I paid for it 3 years ago and before I put 100k into full gut rehab.. if I took their price minus all their fee's I would have left a good 150k or more on the table.my Lake Oswego home it was substantially more.. not sure what the I company was.. although I think they were really just fishing for listings. 

Being and investor to me broadens ways I'll make a profit on that particular propety.

The old saying goes - "teach a man how to fish and he will eat for life! 

I have recently broadened my reach to the Sacramento area and things are really picking up, deal wise.  

Or someone with gorilla mentality will get our deals.I remember reading somewhere about teaching a man to fish...
