They could have at least gone back into session after the initial passage, and refined the terms of the moratorium and amended it.For example, the tenant should be required to notify the government of their previous salary before they were laid off, and their new income under the unemployment benefits, and also the name/address of their landlord.

As a general rule (Before Corona): You could usually make more money operating as an Air BNB, but the expenses and resources required to run it are exponentially higher than a long term rental (compare turning over a furnished apartment 50+ times per year, to turning over an unfurnished rental unit once every year or two).

.$800 per side puts me at a 7 Cap, and usually I don't touch anything below a 10 Cap, unless by updating it I can raise the Cap Rate.If monthly rental doesn't work, I thinking of Air BnB, when this Corona crap goes away.
