I pulled their application and there was no way I could help them in the next 4 years, 3 years probably and who knows how long this agent had been showing them houses.

Reject the greedy, the unethical, the self-centered and the selfish and especially those who lie and cheat.Believe me, having money does not mean happiness or success, it's only a means to pull up along side of it, to cross over to it takes many other life experiences!

I suppose pulling this off would become easier as you do a bunch, but starting with 0 in a market, I think there would be a lot of pains with finding decent contractors, agents, etc.
