Something to hide?  

So the folks on the left say, "run", "hide", "get away," etc...

I guess if they aren't in prison, they're hiding out or pushing up weeds.

A lot of folks preach hiding the transfer which is fear selling for some service they're trying to sell.

Furthermore, bad installation of siding seems to be more common than not and results in damage to the structure over time from water and moisture infiltration. the best part is, you don't know it until it's beyond a simple fix because all that lovely plastic siding is hiding telltale indications of problems.

@Steve Vaughan  My Dad taught me that real Estate was Belly to Belly before there was an internet or cell phones etc.. he would always say so much is in your body language inflections all sorts of things you can only do in person... todays real estate is so focused on hiding behind text messages that get misconstrued etc. 

This is a financial transaction, there are a lot of financial transactions that require an SSN, loans etc. my question would be what is he trying to hide? 

Yes, I like luxury goods and I am not hiding from it.

If there is a lien the lender will not let you hide behind a LLC,Corp.

Hide behind a employee title.
