Since joining I've read blog and forum posts regularly but just now finally decided to heed Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner's advice from the podcast to interact within BP. 

Invest a little money in research like this and when you have solid data collected, pick the strategy with the highest ROI.Mind you I said ROI, I didn't say "leads" or interaction.

Spend 90 days reading books, listening to podcasts, study in the market, and interacting on the bigger pockets forums.

Face to face interaction definitely played a part in my selection for the remodel.

It seems costly and they don't interact so would have to do them separately and learn both programs separately as well.  

Or are they purely focused on the landlord-tenant interaction?
