Cincinnati Investors,I'd like to know what you know about the west side in terms of rental potential, particularly small multis.

I am a cautious accountant and somewhat risk averse in terms of cash flow shocks.

Before you officially set up the LLC it is worth digging into it a little more here to understand the limitations it will place on you in terms of financing.

As an agent, there are very few phrases I've heard more often from homeowners than "But Zillow said my home was worth________"It can go either way in terms of over or undervaluing the property, but rarely do I see a zestimate that is even within $20-30k of the actual market value.

@Jim Carson - That does make sense, and I'm definitely trying to think in terms of deals rather than buying retail.  

I'm really not an expert in the area, but as far as financing I would do whatever is cheapest in terms of interest and payments.  

I have made some good contacts in the Cleveland area to find properties, and now I'd like to work and see if I can grow a quality buyers list to help both sides of the table.I have learned a great deal in terms of evaluating properties, and can offer great opportunities when I come across them. 

It seems like you are on the right path in terms of ideas.

In terms of logistics, I'm thinking we could meet at a central spot in/around Doylestown every month or two.  

It's outdated in terms of technology and pricing, but relevant in terms of strategy.2.
