You can join relevant groups or forums specifically focused on turnkey investing to interact with others pursuing similar strategies.Research Turnkey Providers: Look for reputable turnkey providers in your desired markets.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

(they have an interactive map that show you the very targeted zones) I actually received a number of inquiries but I moved on the two I new worked for me as no brainers.
