Since you have some empathy for the woman's plight, I suggest you start by listing all of your concerns/lease violations in a written notice and give them a copy.

I have an advantage being a woman I think - I can ask "dumb" questions and the guys answer me - (no eye rolling) - but I make sure I learn whatever the lesson is - I'm "trainable".

Now they are above 300 pounds because they are pregnant now you would have to evict a pregnant woman because they were pregnant.
