The current patio and walkways around the house are all concrete, but look a little rough and are all mismatched, so I'd like to replace them.I want it to look nice since I'm spending a lot of money ($100k) renovating the rest of the house, but I also know tenants with kids can absolutely destroy pavers with their bikes and toys -- so I'm a little torn.Should I install pavers or just use concrete for the patio and walkway?

If that is 7’ space and your vanity is 21” and you have 34” of walk way then your shower is 29”?

Maybe a short walkway with a roof so the people can go to and from even if its raining.

Here's why: Landscape architects are trained and tested  EXTENSIVELY on several issues specific to site development: building placement vertically and horizontally, site analysis including drainage/topographical analysis, vegetative cover analysis, viewsheds, pervious/impervious surfaces, cut and fill calcs, landscape structures such as small retaining walls, uninhabited structures, small roadways, bikeways, walkways, streetscapes, and even small dams.

And "convenience" areas like the driveway, walkway, path along where you'd walk... commonly people "want" gutters there.
