@Franklyn Douglas III I’ve never done Colorado tax sales but presuming they are like most areas they are not nearly as easy, profitable or risk free as the promoters would have you believe.You will learn a lot just by participating even if in a small way. 

I would focus on a different intent: intent of the anti-abuse rule and its reference to "a single unit of tangible property" in (6)(i). 

This is open on every deal.  80/20, 70/30, Pref, Promote, etc. 

The only tangible issue I see with keeping it is the whole VA allocation you get if you were to buy a house.

Mate, It will probably be like in Aussie where folks that want a buyers agents will need to source 1 themselves and negotiate a fee with the buyers agent.Buyers agents will also have to start promoting their services independently instead of "feeding" of info and commission split from listing agent.I need to buy more domain names haha.What are some high end suburbs in your neck of the woods mate?

It's becoming more and more common for people to find longer stay options on Airbnb, especially since Airbnb started promoting longer stays last year.

I want a tangible asset that builds wealth over time not a one time thing I'd wholesale, flip, work multiple jobs, deliver packages, pizzas etc until I got enough cash to buy a place before I did arbitrage 

I'm curious to know how many of you have explored running Facebook ads to promote your STR and generate more bookings.
