Hello, i am new to real estate investing and am looking for sugguestions on STR for upstate NY and surrounding area.

I mean with me being newer into the market and industry, I wanted to get my feet on the ground with local deals and local experience with a surrounding area and market I’m familiar with.

I am an agent in the Capital region, so I cover Albany/Schenectady/Troy/Saratoga and surrounding areas.
