Currently my financial situation requires prudence and meticulous planning because:  FICO score (solution is steady work over time to build credit by repaying old debt);Family needs me close (solution is care for my geriatric mother at reduced living expenses);Transportation (solution is this weekend I've saved enough for a down payment to finance a used car);Taxes (solution is to hire a CPA and consult with a real estate attorney to get my 2004-05 taxes satisfied);Experience In The Industry (solution was to attend full college courseload for a semester and major in Building Construction Technology - Construction Management.
