I would ask for the last few years of the Tax Return Schedule E for this property to see what their total expenses and net profit was.

Our check out is at 10a, and most of the time, we have to book an empty night in between the stays to make sure the crew has enough time/schedule to get it ready for the following day at 3p check-in.

My friend scheduled for the electricity to be turned off after the tenant assured them that they would be gone by September 30.
