I know I typically overestimate new ideas and am a little overoptimistic, so, here's my plan/road map and I was wondering if ya'll could let me know what you think. 2017 - the remainder of the year, I want to learn "how to find great deals"- successfully complete 3 deals2018 - do 12 deals2019 - do 24 deals5yr goal - 4k per month in passive income through rental properties If anyone has any constructive feedback for that would be great, if not, then it's full steam ahead for me.
