It's a nice place, built in 2005 w/ vigas, fireplace, radiant heat tile floors, enclosed courtyard, but no view.  

We've used the Schluter underlayment in the past and never had a problem with grout or tiles cracking, and if you were concerned about the cold, you could always run radiant heat.

I invest in SFR but I herd (I believe it was on a BP podcast) that you should try contacting those realtors that are loopnet site to network.

But to another newbie, that question is literally a Godsend.Maybe using software to automatically compile and relocate all these “quantity” questions into a section of the site and herding hungry investors ( newbies et al) towards that area can be good for all.

Ive herd so many reasons of why its legal and then those that say it's not.

Neither the wife nor I were clear on if this is both units or just the unit that had the actual fire but we will inquire when we get the call with the results.The units are heated by ceiling radiant heating.  

Make sure the mobile home's electrical system can handle the amount of power these space heaters require, and stay away from those that blow out hot air that might catch draperies or furniture on fire, and instead opt for the "radiator" style ones that don't have a hot element or fan but instead offer radiant heat that won't catch things on fire.

Real investors - flippers/rehabbers and buy/hold buyers - in a given market generally run in herds, and I suspect that even established investors don't see deals come across their desks in regular intervals.
