 Really trying to fully understand wholesaling before I get myself into some trouble. Its becoming quiet hard finding a strait forward and accurate answers so if any of you know the legality behind an assignment of contracts for a fee please let me know. Ive herd so many reasons of why its legal and then those that say it's not.
