"What kind of character are you?"

I was one of the few that could then get bank loans for new construction and subdivisions were others were relegated to HML or someone like me who wants a piece of the pie.. as a lender or banker these are the times you see whom of your clients have character and who are characters.  

@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear

Keep as much of that as you can, hardwood is beautiful, strong, and brings good character.

Many of the neighborhoods more near downtown and inside 410 consist of homes built in the 20s - 50's  which I think are awesome and have a ton of character but can be difficult to pass a VA appraisal/inspection even if they are recently remodeled.
