Keep in mind that no photo, or one single photo, typically means the property is being renovated at that moment.Once again, start your search with your investment goals and criteria in mind.  

I have a property that I'm looking to hopefully get under contact soon, but the property is completely gutted and the owner lives out of state and doesn't have any recent photos of the inside of the property.
