I am in the early stages, getting educated, perusing BP, reading the books, etc..I am specifically looking for multi-family. 

I know how valuable it is, which is why I’m perusing this route in the first place!!      

I will definitely peruse centimeter.com for rents.

You would have to go to the tax collection department in the individual cities in which you wish to peruse.

Needless to say, it's a very attractive strategy with high upside but... also certainly higher risk for me personally given I've only done medium sized remodels, definitely not rehab of distressed properties, nor buying higher risk properties.In the process of easing myself into this strategy, I've done a lot of reading and research in the last few months including as many books as I could get my hands on by David Greene, Bruce Turner and others, as well as perusing forums/podcasts on BP and other sites. 

Pay for it once, even if the initial cost is high (every use will reduce this cost per use to...?). 

Which means in about a year, I'll have met the 3-year requirement to be able to sit for my CES designation exam.I've perused the website and started building my own study-guide with their "Course Outline" as my guiding light.
