HELP!!! I cant get a TAX DELINQUENT list ANYwhere in my county.

So I went to my local town hall and I politely asked for a tax delinquent list (they didn't know what i was referring to at first). They showed me a list that I knew was the tax delinquent list but they told me I could only take a picture. So i did and that list was very useful for me. But ive gone to other town halls and they said that they don't know what list Im talking about and they seem very unsure and reluctant to even let me see the list. What should I do? (I live in Westchester, NY)

You're asking for the wrong thing from (most likely) the wrong municipal office; A google search I did shows that in your county the term "Tax Warrant," "Real Estate Tax Liens," and more are used.  Also, most lists in most municipalities are available online and are public information.  Hope this helps...
