Its people doing what you want to learn to do.In reference to the auctions, just go and observe.

Those articles in the Charlotte Observer show entire neighborhoods that have many many foreclosures and values dropping as buyers struggle with those subprime loans.

If so, there have been a series of articles in the Charlotte Observer as to problems with high foreclosures in many neighborhoods and one of the problems is developers having their own mortgage companies and letting purchasers get their downpayments from church group affiliations etc.

I think I might learn from the reading, but it's always good to observe and get feedback from an expert.

Observation… I noticed your post asking a question was in December of 2006… Then in February 2008 you reply and say “I decided not to pursue involvement with THE REAL ESTATE ARENA.

After observing & it really up to you.We have contacts & we will lead you there.

I observed a property go to sheriff sale in March 2008.

I was at the title company Monday, closing on my next rehab project in Dallas. The escrow agent made this comment,

"I don't know how you investors can do it?"

I said, "Do what?"

She said, "Deal with all the stress...

But, I wanted to make a quick observation as I read the posts.
