A funny observation.....
I was at the title company Monday, closing on my next rehab project in Dallas. The escrow agent made this comment,
"I don't know how you investors can do it?"
I said, "Do what?"
She said, "Deal with all the stress that comes with investment houses.
Don't you get that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach, every time you buy one of these things?"
I smirked and said, "Well yeah. But the good news is... it goes away the second I sell it!"
I don't know how many investors have gone through the stresses of all that goes into an investment property but, the escrow agent thought my analysis of it was priceless.
