Brand New! From the Philadelphia Area.

Hello every one,

I m a newbie that found this site from listening to Judson and Lynn Voss. I live right outside Philadelphia area. I have 2 questions in regards to staring in this filed. One I have noticed 2 different bandit signs that say something to the nature of stop forcloser or we buy houses, I have seen two different ones on the way home from work. Now this might be answering my own question but how dose everyone here feel about me calling these two people and asking them about trying to buy wholesale from them to rehab? Secondly I will be attending a local sheriff’s auction on the 15th of next month. I have zillowed all of the properties that are going up for auction and have even driven by some of the ones that are close to my house. What should I be looking for when I attend the auction iam not necessarily going to purchase any properties I basically want to go to see how it all transpires. What if anything should I look for? Any response, advice will be greatly appreciated.
