ACH is the only thing that’s left, I think.

I'm typically terrible with numbers (calculators are a blessing) and those topics sound like spinning head-aches to me!

For some reason the tenants have the worst time setting up ACH w/ their bank.

If you own the properties free and clear, no need in my opinion, to do anything other than have them do an ACH to your account or send you checks for payment.

They handle my accounting, screening, ach, communications, etc.. 

It is going to ACH from their checking account when ever they loin and pay.

Gotta have the hustle muscle though-lol.
