I have some oil and gas mineral rights I would like to sell in the Lubbock, Texas area some day.I never was much of a borrower - not because I did not have the available funds, but because I always found ways to invest without having to borrow money.

Hey Breland,I have realized that sometimes it just isn't worth it to re-tenant a house and try to bump rent when investing in syndications like alts or DSTs, or even gas and mineral rights, can far outperform the property with zero active management required.It sounds like they will get a tax exemption on a gain up to $500,000 since I'm assuming they're married.
