I've owned my own businesses all my life, even did the corporate thing as a c-level executive for others, a time or two. In the end I concluded, you will have your ups and down working for someone else or for yourself, both will have stress. If you put in the work, you will make money with both, but at least if you put in the work for yourself you will be doing what you enjoy.
