If you provided the details used in your calculations - such as purchase price, holding costs, rehab budget, etc (all the costs used in the flipping calculator from the menu above) we'd be better equipped to give you answers and suggestions.

There is a "Menu" next to the BiggerPockets bar near the top; when I click on the menu the search and magnifying glass icon appear as one of the selections. 

@Michael Roundtree,I see folks recommending some more formal education than just combing thru the BP forums and recommended reading / viewing lists (see the "Education" tab on the BP menu bar).Yes, RE agent licensing classes will provide some of the fundamentals.
