How can I locate cash buyers?

Hi guys, 

Is there public information that is accessible about cash buyers? I want to do a wholesale deal but I feel like I should first find out who can purchase and what they are interested in. Purchasing a list for 2K is not a good option for me. I appreciate the help

i would first focus on finding a great deal and cash buyers will usually flock to it. I have listened to podcast 136 and this would be a great podcast for you to listen to as well if your interested in wholesaling property.
