General Contractor for Fire Damaged SFD
Hello BP community! My partner and I purchased a property via sheriff sale sight-unseen a couple months ago. Shortly after the purchase, we found out that the property has extensive fire damage. Total rookie mistake. The damages are far beyond what we're comfortable undertaking.
This property requires an experienced, licensed General Contractor who is familiar with working with the City to get violations removed and restoring the house to habitable condition.
Would love to know if there's a GC that you would refer for this kind of job or possibly an experienced investor who is comfortable taking on a project of this scale.
