- Delayed a pre-xmas flight to see family by a day, to ensure a rehab & tenant move-in was completed successfully (see above – another tricky tenant situation I won’t go into here..) - Was passively hinted at being sued by one tenant, and explicitly threatened to be sued by a former tenant - Had 2 tenants cancel their leases early - Plunged someone’s crap out of a toilet in my Airbnb unit (never again!)

It is usually just an 1 1/2 flight for $140 bucks if I make the reservations far enough in advance.   

forget investing for the moment your whofully undercapitalized.. and you could end up losing whatever you have.if you want in real estate and your working part time now.. get a RE license cost maybe a grand.. so spend that on education.. get in with a top flight broker on their team.. earn while you learn.. then start saving money.. hang with the club that does deals  IE real estate agents.. you will find off market deals before anyone else and you don't have to send or spend money on marketing to get them its all in the club.short of that take your degrees and energy and move to a better work environment.

I don't really know neighborhoods yet.We'll be available Saturday night and into Sunday, leaving town around noon to make our flights back out. 

Plus, I have to carry all the stuff up a flight of stairs just to get to the living room. 

It is close to the East Coast and California is a 4.5 hours non stop flight from here, (Close to major cities (Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Denver).  

I have my section 8 class at 10 am to 1130 am on that day and my flight out isn't until 7 pm.

Plus I offered to take him on a awesome flight around the northwest .. that's a 1,500 dollar value  LOL  !!!
