Having a licence and wholesaling seems to be counter intuitive when your goal is to list properties (as an agent) from the off market.

Be sure to check your states regulations before and ensure you have a solid understanding of whether a licence is needed or not.  

In doing research there is a grey area on if i need a Realtors licence to do this.

Hello Everyone, I'm thinking in getting my appraiser licence, I'm researching and looking for other appraisers' opinion.

Check first with your local municipal office and confirm a business is allowed in tph community, whether they need a licence, and your liability issues should something happen.
