Hi, my name is Danny!

   I signed up on Bigger Pockets long time ago, but I never posted an introduction. However, I am here today because I have committed to become a successful RE investor.

Currently, I live in San Bernardino county, California. I grew up in and spend most of my time in the San Gabriel Valley. Professionally, I am laboratory technician for a biomedical facility.

My goals are to start off wholesaling properties until I build enough capital to fix and flip. Eventually, I will buy and hold single family/ commercial properties. My ultimate goal is to mentor other people.

I do not have a RE background. I am currently working on getting licenced. I do have outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, public, etc) and successful commission based sales experience.
