That just what I have learners buying my own house.

I'm a passionate person, quick learner, and I'm willing to assist and provide value for those who need it.My goal or my "why" is to be an asset to communities by making any area that I invest in better places for individuals and families to thrive in.

I'm not a tax pro, but thought I'd chime in with the "learner's perspective." 

Brie, I decided to let the gym membership lapse and just pitch-in and shovel a little snow ... every second day it seems ;-)If you are motivated and a self-learner you can do absolutely fine without forking over the equivalent of a downpayment for courses.That said, some folks learn better when material is presented to them in a formal setting (i.e. classroom) ... if this is you, I would suggest auditing real estate courses at a local college or university ... no sales pressure, a more in-depth handling of topics and the tuition will be far less (better value for the money).

I think the majority of people on this sight are observers and learners waiting for the right moment to jump in (or more often times not).

Neither one of us has any real experience in RE, but we are fast learners.

It's ok, (Don't wanna toot my own horn, but:), I'm pretty smart and a very fast learner.

I am a visual learner and am just looking for something that shows this process being done!

Once again, I am a total newbie to this, but I am such a fast learner!
