Hello my name is Chrys I live in Orange county CA. I've been a long time learner and my boyfriend and I want to become financially independent! We were heavily considering Kansas City for buying & holding but are now thinking something in the state would be easier to manage. We found a great foreclosed property that would rent out for more than a mortgage would be in the city where I came from (Victorville) that needs little to no repairs. No idea what do now in terms of funding since this would be our first buy and hold, he works as a real estate agent & I'm a jobless full time dental student. Any suggestions that you've done would be appreciated!
