BiggerPockers Newbie and Newly Licensed RE Agent!
Hey BiggerPockets fam!
My name is Stefan but my close friends, and family (and pretty much everyone) just calls me Stef. I just received my Florida Real Estate License a couple of weeks ago and I'm currently courting a few different brokers before I make my final selection on where I'll be hanging my license.
I've been a member of the BP community for a couple of months but I'm just introducing myself and posting because I was completely focused on studying for and passing my state test, which thankfully I did.
A little over a year ago I started a technology company similar to Airbnb but focused on not only accommodations but also venues, events, experiences, and building a global travel community. I've been interested in Real Estate since I was a kid after riding around with my mom and our then Real Estate agent when my mother purchased our first home.
Besides being a real estate agent and assisting others in purchasing residential and commercial properties, I'm particularly interested in purchasing my own investment properties for tenants/short term rentals, as well as wholesaling, and flipping houses as well. My primary focuses would be wholesaling and purchasing my own investment properties.
I've been binging BP episodes from the beginning and listening to new ones as they release and I'm here to get more in-depth knowledge on how to make that great first leap into the world of investing.
I'm a passionate person, quick learner, and I'm willing to assist and provide value for those who need it.
My goal or my "why" is to be an asset to communities by making any area that I invest in better places for individuals and families to thrive in. I also want to build passive income and generational wealth for my family so that we can travel, see the world, and contribute to the various causes and initiatives that I/we believe in.
If you have any words of advice or would like to reach out to me, feel free to respond to this post or message me directly.
Thanks to Josh, Brandon, and the entire BP team for creating this network of awesome people to connect and do something great.
Have a good one.
