I have not discussed any further deals with the HML because of the refi juggle so i didn't want to call them until the refis are complete hopefully soon.

I go out of my way to meet everyone who invests with me via these calls so its a lot to juggle.   

I have found it challenging juggling it all with a child.

I have been out of town on business and juggling a handful of things… sitting down to pick up the pieces…. !

The concern is that I don't have much room for error because we help to financially support my husband's family in Guatemala, juggle our house repairs in Charleston and are also trying to get some savings going for retirement.

It may sound harsh, but juggle that around and you will only find trouble.Just sayin...

Here's my take on obtaining work-life balance.As you are experiencing, it can be a challenge to juggle the demands of FAMILY, PROFESSIONAL WORK and LANDLORDING....

Ryan explained that he can make more money wholesaling lots of deals than he can rehabbing and holding the number of those types of deals that he is capable of juggling at a given time.

And even then, take a leave of absence if possible and go back for 6 months minimum just to make sure your assessment of the juggling act was accurate and not just temporary frustration.
