If you’re wanting to become a co-host it’s no different than being a regular host in my opinion.

They may be excellent, but if they don't align with your goals, it's a pass.I would check out sites like Cash Flow Portal, who host syndication companies on their site.Good Luck!!

We loved hosting you at the REI Nation offices in Memphis, Bruce.

We host a monthly real estate meetup and we have people that come to that all the time and complain about what they didn't know.

It got me thinking - how many of us might be unwitting Airbnb hosts?

Although BiggerPockets has some good ones, most of them are hosted via websites like Meetup or EventBrite. 

Most hosts don't need an experienced assistant and many prefer (and enjoy) communicating with guests.

It seems like it is more at the behest of the hotel industry and the few permit holders wanting to protect their captured audience, because they strictly disallow hosted STRs, whether that be an ADU, extra room etc.
