@Paul VailSomething else to be concerned about Meth houses is; where the occupants were dumping their waste chemicals.

But I found this property listed right after the harsh cold in March of 2021 and I immediately offered slightly over asking price to secure this deal.

My comment seemed kind of harsh, so I should have added live and learn.
