What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking to move to Texas and wanted to find a property that would build equity fairly quickly.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was not getting my offers looked at for about 2 months due to others offering way over asking price. But I found this property listed right after the harsh cold in March of 2021 and I immediately offered slightly over asking price to secure this deal.
