Worked ourselves out of income here lolVacancies lowMaintenance repair requests lowNeed to cause some drama so we can start putting some food on the table lolJokes.It's interesting though how if you do a good job in property management you kind off work your way out of being able to generate more income.I guess it's a good problem to have from a performance and ethics standpoint.What do you guys think?

This 4Plex is in a great rental area with Centerville schools and great parks and shopping and food close by.

Beyond its global fast-food empire, McDonald's strategic approach to real estate ownership and management has been a cornerstone of its enduring profitability.

Depending on your amount you may want to consider a debt fund too as its less work and your money is deployed/paying you interest so you do not have to keep finding deal after deal. just some food for thought

# of doors is generally for marketing purposes and I don't find much meaning in it, so take it with grain of salt. 

It is just raw statistics so always taken with a grain of salt.I was looking at a place on Crescent Lake CA.

I'm only a low volume flipper so take my comment with a grain of salt.
