I will soon be closing on a vacation home in Naples, FL. The HOA is more friendly towards mid-term rentals. Is there anywhere else I should list my property other than Airbnb and VRBO.

However, because the city has a few revolving doors (military base, VA hospital, colleges) I think it is a great place for Mid Term Rentals.

@Chris Martin a few selling CA for mid west cash flow may have done well for themselves.......for now.
