You should use that address for all bills as well as all rents.And if you're concerned about your home being in your name put it in some other name, like LLC, trust, dba, fictitious name, corp, or some other individual name.

Home Inspectors are generalists and usually suggest bringing in a specialist on any major issues they point out.So if you just think things look bad or you have a general report saying they think there might be mold or the foundation looks problematic that probably isn't enough to do anything other than negotiate with you.Now if you have a Mold report from a licenced mold inspector, a pest report by a liecened pest inspector and a structural engeinners report saying the foundation is unsound and send all that stuff to the agent then you can push harder saying that they have to discolose these things and should work with you since it will keep coming up.
