I did this pretty quickly by exporting the leads and populating the follow up sequence type through Excel, then, I imported the spread sheet and voila, follow up sequences were assigned.

@Bryan Hancock  I hear ya on tax tail wagging the dogand or near panic as the time line comes up and folks jump on things they may should not have all worried about taxsin my Timber days.. we had this moment in time in the northwest were export logs to Japan were 3X domestic logs.. 

Then I have a spreadsheet template set up where I do a monthly export and the spreadsheet separates everything by property for tracking.My rule of thumb is to keep $10k minimum in the account for cash reserves.

@Jay HinrichsDespite being one of the world's largest (if not the largest) exporter of asbestos, most jurisdictions here will require removal - where there is {risk of} exposure {ie. conditioned spaces or exterior if there is a chance of the asbestos becoming friable} - or encapsulate where there is low to no risk.    

Air Bnb software makes it easy to export data for accounting and run analytics on nightly rate, occupancy, etc.

I suppose mobile apps like Landlordy, DIY Landlord etc. can help you - easy to categorize income and expenses (even with photos of the receipts) and option to export data as excel/.csv file to pass it for accountant at the tax time.

I exported the list to Excel and started narrowing it down even further to a manageable size for my first time.

I can take it a step further, for example, look at only 3/2's with 1,500 - 1,700 sqft that has rented in the last year.I can export all this information in a spreadsheet which can be fun to play with.
