I did this pretty quickly by exporting the leads and populating the follow up sequence type through Excel, then, I imported the spread sheet and voila, follow up sequences were assigned.

Then I have a spreadsheet template set up where I do a monthly export and the spreadsheet separates everything by property for tracking.My rule of thumb is to keep $10k minimum in the account for cash reserves.

@Jay HinrichsDespite being one of the world's largest (if not the largest) exporter of asbestos, most jurisdictions here will require removal - where there is {risk of} exposure {ie. conditioned spaces or exterior if there is a chance of the asbestos becoming friable} - or encapsulate where there is low to no risk.

I suppose mobile apps like Landlordy, DIY Landlord etc. can help you - easy to categorize income and expenses (even with photos of the receipts) and option to export data as excel/.csv file to pass it for accountant at the tax time.

I can take it a step further, for example, look at only 3/2's with 1,500 - 1,700 sqft that has rented in the last year.I can export all this information in a spreadsheet which can be fun to play with.
