Should I have coin laundry for the property?

On the other side of the coin I was introduced to Real estate investing and the possibilities it brings.  

Back in 1985 when I was single I sold my coin collection for the $7000 down I needed for a small $52,000 2-unit in Chicago's Wicker Park, through a realtor.  

I do like the idea of card machines over coin but that may be more expensive for the card reader.
