Need Title Comp/Atty in Maryland - set up/execute Land Contract

Hi everyone - I am looking for a referral in PG/DC/Baltimore area for a title

company that is familiar in setting up Land Contract and has an atty that

knows all the nuances that go with it.  I have the book by Mark Warda but 

I am hoping to use the atty as a trustee also if everything goes well.  

Please let me if you have worked with any title company/atty that

you think are good at it.  Appreciate it and thanks in advance
