The whole area was neglected in the past but is having an insane about of public development that I fail to see how it wouldn't continue (near one river north development, mile high station redevelopment, federal blvd greenway, federal blvd BRT, Morrison Road redevelopment, just to name a few). sorry for the long post I kinda just spilled out my whole thoughts on the area..

Your lender will likely base the loan off just one income/credit though (at least that's how my lenders have done it)I would personally advise against it - life is a windy road and you never know when one of you may want out of the deal even if both have full intent to stay in from the onset.

Hey @Alecia LovelessI've actually been down this road myself and it really depends on how often you're using the equipment and how comfortable you are with maintenance.

You’ve got to be willing to stay in touch with sellers who aren’t ready today but might be down the road.

I' on the road for work so plan to call and get an update eventually.  

You might get it look good, but if you have no permits it might not be safe or up to code and might make the house hard to sell down the road.

You have to confirm there are no pending assessments and lawsuits against the HOA before buying and an assessment usually comes for roads, roofs, windows, decks, and stairs that were not done properly or have a safety issue.

Some have said it is based on oil or energy over the years--term petro-dollars came into existence....with the basic idea being our economy was based on the strategic use of fuel to do things like build buildings, roads, houses, cars, etc.
