If you are having trouble getting a loan now, I would definitely not recommend getting in to a situation where you owe a hard money lender a balloon in eight months, that sounds like a HUGE gamble.

For me, constantly watching and moving investments is gambling...

Hello Scott, I haven't done business with other property managers, I have met one of them personally and would have chosen them would I not be a manager myself - PropertyCare.

I'm curious, do people have any concern for Las Vegas future due to the Supreme Court permitting other states to legalize gambling?

Buying those kinds of properties is almost like gambling.

You have to look at how much its costing you to hold it and the gamble of putting it back on the market and getting less.

I have never been involved with such an elaborate scam unfortunately I pulled the short straw on the investor gamble. 

Don’t get me wrong, I like your idea, heck I’m interested if you find another deal or a small multi, but right now it seems far from a partnership and more of a one sided gamble.

If this initiative gets on the ballot and is voted in, then it's chosen by the people as a method of ensuring they have better quality homes to rent.
