Last month I credited them $300 of the $650 that was due in order to help out because charitable giving is a big part of my life and my success and something I like to do as much as I can.

So I created a goal of $300,000 annual net income from rentals with at least $100,000 of that going to charitable contributions.

While I an not a charitable organization we need to be compassionate, understanding and not misjudge people because they have anxiety or some other issues where we wrongly disqualify them and by what you wrote I think that may be the case.

Issue: They put the property up for sale, on the market for 5 months, received fours offers…all from other charitable organizations… but the city rejected the offers.

When I hear the term, I immediately think it is potentially a charitable situation.

She also had tax issues and was setting up a charitable remainder trust naming a non-profit.Long story short, there were many players in the deal.
