I received some more insight from my father yesterday.Property management in Australia is actually quite a big industry, one that the banks will lend 70% of the cost of the property management.For example a set of 52 corporate apartments 5 minute walk to the centre of a capital city in Australia, all in the management rights are $4,090,000 a bank is prepared to lend $2,650,000, $1,440,000 is needing to be invested.
